Oldies Al on Youtube tells us
"The band leader on this recording is Harry Leader and the vocalist is Bill Airey-Smith (cannot find a photo or any info for Bill) Recorded 6 January 1934 Eclipse was an 8'' record sold exclusively by Woolworths for 6d (2 1/2p)"

A Side bit muddy in record to YT

vocalist is Sam Browne (really , sounds a little different to others that I have heard of him , maybe he was younger then)
