Privately re-recorded from Paramount 12357 (both sides recorded December 1925). The label identifies the distributor as the Jazz Appreciation Society, based in Newark, UK. The address given is still a private dwelling, so this was clearly a dedicated amateur operation.

Judging by the style of the label I'd guess that this was a late 1950's reissue.

The copying was done by V.B Sound Studios of Derby, UK.
