 Label images added from the copy in Roger Misiewicz's collection, plus an additional copy of the B-side. Together both B-sides make a readable label. A good image is on John Tefteller's museum website.
This was the first Black Patti issue. A complete survey of the label, by Tom Tsotsi & Pete Whelan, is given in 78 Quarterly 11 (2000?), p. 11-92, with descriptions of the 55 issues with label images (as far as available ), advertisements, and notes. The magazine was available on archive.org, but seems to have been removed.
Black Patti sleeves are very rare. The ebay seller of a Moran & Mack Columbia record (!) in a BP sleeve (how stupid can you be) got an unsuspected $1358. But even rarer is a good photograph of an original sleeve.
