 Per Allan Sutton's "Pseudonyms on American Records 1892-1942", Chas. Dickson was "usually Irving Kaufman" and Chas. Nelson was usually either Irving Kaufman or Arthur Hall.

Also per Sutton, Oriole Varsity Ten is a known pseudonym on Oriole for Adrian Schubert's Orchestra and for Sam Lanin's Orchestra. Dixie Jazz Band was a common pseudonym on Oriole for a number of different bands. Sutton does not include either of these sides among those for which the identity of the band using these pseudonyms has been determined.
