This disc is listed as Keynote 5 in the Online Discography Project and is credited there to Unity Theatre Of Lomdon. Most sets issued by Keynote's predecessor, The Music Room record shop, had three records. Data for the third (probably Keynote 6 if there was one, since #3 is accounted for) is not currently available.
