It may have something to do with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City Utah and the MIA Dance Record Service as indicated on the sticker. The SLC prefix might mean 'Salt Lake City'. This website seems to link it all, albeit for a similar special pressing on Capitol. Click Here
