 The last two sentences of the first paragraph on that Wiki page aren't quite right.

To clarify, Regal Zonophone continued to use the Regal MR series which was introduced in 1930 (pre merger). Zonophone re-releases (post merger) retained their catalogue number but they were now prefixed by 'T'.

 So the date for the Regal Zonophone T issues would be 1932 when the companies merged, continuing to press the Zonophone catalogue. An MR prefix denotes an initial issue (or re-issue with a new catalogue number) after the merger.

 The one without the T prefix is a Zonophone and the one with the T prefix is a Regal Zonophone.
