 Vic V-38058 - 4 label variants have been found, of which #2 is already present and #1AB, #3A and #4AB (low quality) are added. 7 links to European & Australian issues on discogs, but at first sight these are from 1938 or later. The record was also released on Argentine Victor V-38058.

 The A. Whetsel identified on the label as a composer of Misty Mornin' is Duke Ellington's original lead trumpet player. I am used to seeing his name spelled Whetsol, but Wikipedia says he was born Whetsel. He started as a "sweet" player and remained a relatively "sweet" man by comparison to Bubber Miley and Freddie Jenkins when they joined and changed the direction of the Ellington band. He did learn to play hot in his own sweet way as a foil to the others, however, and can even be heard playing "growl" style on late 1920's Ellington records.
