although kenneth bulmer's by-line on the earlier (hamilton's era) panther books is usually "h. k. bulmer", sometimes "h. kenneth bulmer", it was as "ken bulmer" that he was known - well-known - in fandom, and as "kenneth bulmer" he was later known on those of his sf books not published as by "dray prescott", "alan burt akers", "tully zetford", "manning norvill", etc, and also as "adam hardy", "andrew quiller", "bruno krauss", "ken blake " - and other pseudonyms, some shared (some of which were, and some of which may've been house names°); so it makes sense to unify his non-house name bylined works' listing under "kenneth bulmer".

° - especially in the fifties and early sixties, much of ken's work was published under publishers' house names.
