''jeffrey lord'' is/was a house name: this work-for-hire was written by roland j. green

last known english language ''richard blade'' series novel, #37.

the series was continued in french language original novels from #38 through #206, initially published by plon, terminating in 2012 through irreconcilable differences between vauvenargues, the by-then publishers, and the authors. the titles of #207 & 208 were announced as forthcoming, but it's not known if these were actually written.

this line appears in the indicia of every pinnacle books edition/printing of all richard blade series books whose first printings are dated after pinnacle books took over publishing the series from macfadden books (publisher owned by the macfadden-bartell corporation), so far as i have seen.
