nboldock 5th Jan 2017		Excellent book - authentic recipes (quite challenging cooking in places though - I haven't actually tried to recreate one yet), with explanations of each one including which part of India they originate from, the history of the recipes and ingredients, and loads of information about spices, Indian bread, accompaniments and so on. Got mine for 75p from the chazza - bargain!
