ppint. 4th Oct 2021		#david thank-you; yr hmbl srppnt. was getting rather overwhelmed by how negatively the only bookseller prepared to put the time, effort and headaching into providing the only bookstall at clarecraft discworld events was regarded by most afpers at the event; and when this book came out over a ccde week-end, and my supplier short-delivered the order, and not one afper was prepared to agree to wait until after the week-end to receive the book they'd ordered - but not actually paid aught towards purchasing - even after i'd agreed to not keep one for myself, in order to let as many of them as possible get ''their'' half-price signed, first edition hardcover... ...so yr hmbl srppnt.'s never read it, and it took me several years before i could bear to open any book by neil again - even though i like him, personally; - if any other bookcatter out there's read this novel (?) and would care to put into words what they like(d) about it, and aught they didn't, and their over-all feelings of it... - ?



David Whiteley 3rd Oct 2021		ppint, I came to the book after watching the first season of the TV series and then reading the comic book version and enjoying both of them. I must admit that I cheated and listened to the audio book. I only bought this book recently, I may read it one day. I think it is a great story but the different versions are now all jumbled up in my memory.
