ppint. 17th Aug 2024		publisher should^W has been varied to "pinnacle / futorian" as per all other pinnacle / futorian series editions, which bookcat will^W then^aW now sorts together correctly.



ppint. 10th Aug 2024		pinnacle / futorian science fiction was a brief pinnacle books series edited by roger elwood from end 1977-mid 1978; his somewhat restrictive version of christianity may have contributed to its brevity. pinnacle books' manglement may've intended to extend their "futorian" series into the sub-imprint for all of their sf titles, but this did not happen - and roger elwood's career as the most active original sf anthologist of his time also collapsed, with some established sf (& fantasy) editors taking over the work on a number of his then uncompleted projects already sold to various publishers.



ppint. 27th May 2020		pinnacle books mmpb first printing, first edition pinnacle / futorian science fiction series omnibus of two original novels, "where have you been, sandaliotis?" and "the three armageddons of enniscorthy sweeny"† cover art by ron walotsky (signed walotsky, and credited) cover price $1.95 sbn 523-40148-5 on spine isbn given in indicia 384pp. including 8 unnumbered pp. titles, indica etc, novels pp. 3-187, 191-374, 2 end pp. advertising † - although this contains two short novels, i've not bookcatted it as "a double", because it bears is own, unique title for the whole book. should it be decided by the semi-divine bookcat beings moderating upon such matters, i'll gladly enter the two novels as individual bookcat items, and link to this volume. - ppint.
