ppint. 30th Mar 2019		the cassell uk h/cvr was published in 1958; the references to it being published in 1957 i've followed up are misreading the copyright date as the uk publication date. a reference gives as an aka, "a hell of a murder" (avon books mmpb 1957), q.v.: this date, too, mayn't be correct, but also a misreading.
