ppint. 18th Jul 2023		that manor books manglement felt the need to assert that this book had been selected by their editor rather suggests - to yr hmbl srppnt., at least - that they in fact possessed no employee in any such post. . . - the quality of writing of the new sf titles they originated towards the end of the seventies - and of manor books - that i have tried would tend to confirm this hypothesis.
