ppint. 11th Mar 2021		first methuen/abp group magnum books edition, first uk edition, printed in merkia as a uk variant covered run-on or partial bind-up of the 7/1978 dale books mmpb edition, itself a mmpb edition of the magazine, iamsf vol.2 #2, 3-4/1978, q.v. cover art by greg theakston (signed, also credited) cover price 95p, canada $1.95 224pp. including titles, indica etc. one of the very few magnum imprint books to not bear an 0-417- (magnum books) or 0-413- (inherited methuen group) published code-prefixed isbn. this is not the original dale books mmpb edition isbn, and i do not know how this prefix was chosen. nor do i know of any other use of it by magnum books. the brief dale books series of mmpb reprints of iamsf issues series carries the series title, "asimov's choice" on the front cover in chief.
