ppint. 30th Dec 2019		"christopher syn" (1960) is a non-canonical re-writing by merkin author william buchanan of "the further adventures of doctor syn", crediting russell thorndike as co-author (!), and apparently used by the mouse as the basis for the screenplay of their 1963 film starring patrick mcgoohan.
