8th printing of 1975 Mayflower/Granada edition (per copyright page that says 1975 was first UK edition; Wikipedia suggests 1971 as first Mayflower date). SBN 583 12573 5. Although often listed as being first published in 1967, it was in fact first published anonymously in 1959. Despite being credited to Marayat Rollet-Andriane as Emmanuelle Arsan, it is now believed that the book was actually authored by Louis-Jacques Rollet-Andriane. Inspiration for the long-running movie series. 192 pages.
