(check) 144pp. including titles, indicia etc, nf forward by michael moorcock refer to indicia publishing history to distinguish from at least three reprintings, one (1989), which differs: cover price £8.95 one, this (?second?) printing (1991) which differs: cover price £10.95 one (the next reprinting? 1993) which differs: cover price £10.95 should state (at least) fourth printing in indicia all retain the isbn of the first edition (this comment is from another edition of this book)
