3pp title, introduction by margaret duff + 61pp reproductions of 88 b+w photographs (plus 2 on covers) taken by g. t. hogg, harold simcoe and james henry hogg = 64pp landscape format paperback.

mostly fairly briefly (but adequately) annotated. dated photos range from 1880 through 1949. a fair amount of the "now occupied by (such a shop)" notes's become outdated over the three and a half decades since publication. . .
