The book begins with a survey of LARY's predecessors, including the horse car lines, before providing the usual high-quality Interurbans. Chronology of the company from 1874 to 1951. Includes a description of the creation of the modern routes in 1920 and a survey of the system at its peak in 1940. Illustrated throughout with black and white photos and maps. 71 pages.
