This book features around 80 black and white photos of John and Yoko taken by the photographers listed above in New York City during 1980. Several photos were taken in "The Hit Factory" recording studio. The book also includes the lyrics to the tracks on John and Yoko's Double Fantasy album. A number of the photos were used on the John and Yoko albums Double Fantasy, Milk And Honey - A Heart Play and Heart Play - Unfinished Dialogue, and accompanying 7" releases.

All eight photographers wrote an essay for the book.
