WPLives 24th Jul 2021		Preservation of the History of the Western Pacific Railroad and its Subsidiaries. The Museum is located on 37 acres in Plumas County California, 50 miles due north of Truckee CA at the entrance to the beautiful Feather River Canyon in the City of Portola. We have pieces of equipment and are a hands on museum. We also have a "Run-A-Locomotive" program where you can be the engineer for an hour.
