ppint. 17th Sep 2020		first uk h/cvr edition, may've been produced as a slightly differentiated run-on of the ballantine books, inc. first edition h/cvr for the uk. possibly the only book to be published on this ballantine uk/futura publications-distributed h/cvr imprint (not to be confused with constable robinson's raven books uk imprint p/b, h/cvr fantasy, horror, sf line). cover (d-j) art by the brothers hildebrandt cover (d-j) price £8.95?£7.95?° 728pp? including titles, indica, b+w map etc, end pp; quarter cloth-bound between paper-covered boards ° - i got this in as a customer's special order at single step for stef litowski, but after he raved about it & lent it to me to read, and i did, i decided not to re-stock the h/cvr, and amn't absolutely certain of the rrp.
