ppint. 24th Jan 2018		the title of this book on both V-2075, the 7/1963 first avon books mmpb printing and on V-2296, the 6/1969 third printing, is "watch the northwind rise", not " ... north wind ..."; so it seems very likely that this is true of all avon books mmpb printings, including this presumably their second printing - especially if it bears the mitchell hooks cover of the first avon printing of the previous month... (avon books'll not've bothered to have the typography changed, as this would've entailed new colour separations being made, and then new plates from these, or the equivalents thereof for the printing methods then current, and significant extra - and unnecessary! - costs...)
