ppint. 19th Feb 2022		date of this sixth or seventh pan p/b printing is^W was wrong and should^W has been corrected to 1970 it/they are the immediately-before-the-decimalisation-of-the-uk-currency-in-1971 printing(s), which is why it/they bear two uk prices, both 7/- in £.s.d and 35p in (£.p) the only external difference visible is the spine pan logo is simplified from the black pan piping with torso above ''PAN'' on a yellow rectangle above ''U'' (why?) on a black bar, to circle above much smaller black pan piping with torso above ''Pan'' all on a yellow rectangle. in 1959 the pan p/b printing cover price was 5/- the title of this book is^W was also wrong and should^W has been corrected to ''the tribe that lost its head'' - the possessive, ''its'', has no apostrophe. - ''it's'' is the contraction of ''it is'': and ''the tribe that lost it is head'' makes no sense at all. (this comment is from another edition of this book)
