(check), including xi pp. titles, indicia, table-of-contents etc, introduction by the editor, 240pp. bound with endpapers between covered boards. duell, price & sloan seem to've been owned at this time by the meredith publishing company, who ceased using it in 1967, and then sold it on with its back catalogue to hawthorn books in 1969. hawthorn books closed down in 1977, the name and the rights were bought by e.p. dutton.
