this is also the title of a limited edition h/cvr collection incorporating the contents of #2 and more:
it contains a poem, three novellas, a novelette, four short stories and a nf article (set 2015°), q.v.
#3: "bloodstone" (1975), q.v.
#4: "dark crusade" (1976), q.v.
#5: "night winds" (collection, 1978), q.v.
this is also the title of a limited edition h/cvr collection incorporating the contents of #5 and more:
it contains a novella, six novelettes, a short story, an excerpt from an unpublished novel (set 2015°), q.v.
#6: "the book of kane" (collection, 1985), q.v.
(i only know of this limited edition de luxe illustrated h/cvr; i have its data, but i've not held nor seen it.)
