not sfiaa ever distributed as a new book in any of the overseas territories whose prices are given, nor direct to bookshops nor via the book trade in the uk; possibly boxed out to accounts by a uk news wholesaler, probably distributed as an instant remainder. printed in israel at a time when that country was unbothered by minor details such as international copyright agreements, etc.

ace books' agent for the sale of uk & commonwealth (etc.) rights, les flood, the e. j. carnell literary agency, plumstead, kent, attributed priory books to "the nefarious peter haddock".
