ppint. 23rd Jul 2019		seems to be a reprint of the 4/1969 first new english library imprint new english library p/b edition that's forgotten in the indica publishing histories of the following 8/73,12/74 and 6/75 editions. nel seem to've not been excessively consistent in deciding what about a new printing qualified it as constituting a new edition. . . ppint. 18th Jul 2019		only cat# 1401, of the seven 1965 erb reprints listed in the whole sf database as four square cat#s 1399, 1400-1405 seem to have cover art listed or shown anywhere; this seems a trifle peculiar: do they actually exist - any of them - or are they all (bar 1401) chimerae, proposed reprints found not to be required after having cat#s allocated, stocks of the earlier printings with (originally peelable?) new 3'6d'ny price labels added sufficing - ? ° - and 1401 has associated with it roy carnon's art from the previous 2'6d'ny four square printing (this comment is from another edition of this book)
