reproduced from plates of the reset edition, presumably for the 11/1978 printing cat# 77555-1 (after grosset & dunlap's purchase of ace books/charter communications, inc.), of which it may in fact be the third re-printing - accountancy of ace books reprintings -and of moneys owed authors - went haywire over the end of the sixties through the purchase by grosset & dunlap, inc., until thomas doherty's sort-out in the mid-seventies, from c. 1978.
