half a ''double'' sharing one front cover, contents printed normally with respect to each other

cover design is part of a brief 1978 series, most bearing, upon a very large arrow, the near-meaningless announcement, ''editor's s. f. choice'' which rather suggests manor books in fact had no editor; but this particular arrow is merely emblazoned ''a manor double science fiction'' - which is incontrovertible.
