i know of no reason to suppose copies of this probably pirated edition were ever on-sale at cover price as new books in the uk, nor that bridbooks were necessarily ever commercially distributed by way of trade in any of the other territories for which they bear cover prices: i only ever saw them on sale as new books as as instant remainders in the uk, including at c. 7½p in branches of f. w. woolworths.
