έκδοση στα ελληνικά έγινε τον δεκέμβριο 1981

ο Guillermo Mordillo γεννήθηκε το 1932
στο μπουένος άιρες / από το 1955 μέχρι το
1960 εργάστηκε σαν γραφίστας για διαφημίσεις,
έφτιαχνε κινούμενα κινηματογραφικά
σχέδια, παιδικά βιβλία και χιουμοριστικές
ταχυδρομικές κάρτες / το 1963, κατά τη διάρκεια μιας
παραμονής του στο παρίσι, έκανε τα πρώτα του σκίτσα
/ από το 1970 τα σκίτσα του δημοσιεύονται στις
μεγαλύτερς εφημερίδες και περιοδικά του κόσμου / για τη
δουλειά του έχει τιμηθεί με πολλά διεθνή βραβεία

ppint. 23rd Sep 2022		a pen-name is a pseudonym, an assumed name, or unusual form of name derived from the legal name, under which by-line a work is published. bookcat generally uses the form of their name most commonly-used as their by-line form of their legal name, or the most commonly-used pen-name if their legal name (or a usual derivation of this) was not commonly employed by the author, as their canonical name. the only exception yr hmbl srppnt. can immediately think of, is if a substantial body of an author's work and the greater part if it, was published under a pen-name owned and controlled by someone other than the author - usually the publisher, but there are examples of other owners and controllers of pen-names: these pseudonyms are termed ''house names'' from their origins as pen-names owned and controlled by the publishing houses. ''house name'' is also used as the term for a pen-name owned and controlled by a book-packager, and for one owned and controlled by a manager or impresario, who may or may not themselves be a writer. because two, three, four - or more - authors' work is published under such house names, frequently to keep e.g. adventure, romance or war fiction series as overtly by a single author, as well as because quite often the true authorship of works published under a house name is still not known, bookcat keeps books published under house names together under the pseudonym, advising the true author's name - where this is known - in the comments and the notes.
