i've seen a canadian edition incompletely-reported (from donald h. tuck's encyclopedia):
it's unclear whether this is the merkin first printing bearing a canadian $4.95 price printed upon the dj front flap in place of the merkin $4.50, or a separate printing - nor any indicia detail, nor the p.252 printing code has yet been seen stated. must find my copy of the tuck and check the entry.
