ppint. 17th Dec 2019		the hearst corporation avon books mmpb second printing 10/1970 retains cat#, but new cover art by gene szafran cover price 75¢ adds indicia publishing history line stating second printing 192pp. including titles, indicia etc, end pp. advertising there may be two near-identical printings, but i've not seen a canadadian-carcassed copy reported. avon books mmpb 10/1972 near-identical third printings sharing merkin-printed covers, retain cat#, bear cover art by gene szafran (art is signed "szafran") non-sbn number-string 380-02302-075 on spine cover price 75¢ 192pp. including titles, indicia etc, end pp. advertising refer to indicia to see if carcass of copy held was canadadian- or merkin -printed no priority established nor liable to be, both adding line stating third printing, october, 1972
