ppint. 4th Jan 2019		almost certainly scheduled and in production when macfadden books (and the larger macfadden-bartell corporation too?) were taken over by and turned into manor books, as this first manor books edition is stated to be the third printing (which it would have been going to be, given the merkin mmpb publishers' habit of accounting simultaneous canadadian and merkin cover-sharing printings as one printing). cover art unsigned, uncredited cover price 75¢ 160pp. including titles, indicia etc, end pp. advertising indicia publishing history adds line: third printing .... november, 1972 near-identical 11/1974 manor books second printing, accounted fourth printing over-all, retains the unsigned, uncredited cover art, but drops the mb in a circle logo, also adds manor books above author's name on front cover, and bears cat# 95367 cover price 95¢ indicia publishing history adds line: fourth printing .... november, 1974 (this comment is from another edition of this book)
