 the land that time forgot series #3:

this is the first separate book publication. it includes a brief forword by lin carter.

(this short novel was in the 6/1924 hardcover omnibus of the series, "the land that time forgot" (a. c. mcclurg, 1924), q.v.)

cover art & title page illustration by roy krenkel, jr. (both credited, b+w art initialled rgk)
cover price 40¢
128pp. small pocketbook format including titles, indica etc, end pp. advertising

11/1969 printing has new cat#, 64481, new cover price 60¢

(dates of both printings taken from indica of 3/1973 64482 credited ace books third printing;
this moves to the larger mmpb format close to uk p/b size, was re-set, has new artwork by frank frazetta and also bears cover price 75¢ and has 144pp. inclusive.)

 Read this when I was a lad and loved it. I had a scraggy copy my Mum's partner gave me - not sure what happened to it in the end (it probably fell apart) but it was on my bookshelf for a good few years!
