ppint. 24th Sep 2020		ha! there seem to be three editions bearing this isbn, all the first edition, with slightly differing dates (months) of publication noted: 1/8/2006 trade edition; cover price $45 10/2006 limited edition signed by farmer, black cloth-covered slip-cased (100 copies) cover price $150 (delayed by production of the slipcase) 12/2006 trade edition, second printing, cover price $45 and a fourth, appearing half a year later, still declared part of the first edition: 3/2007 limited edition signed by farmer, in complicated ''traycase'' (26 lettered copies) cover price $300 (unsurprisingly delay caused by production of a needlessly-complex ''vault traycase'')
