This is the life story of cutting engineer George Peckham, who cut the masters for records by Apple artists before forming his own company called The Master Room, where he he cut records for, among others, Led Zeppelin, Traffic, Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath. Further records cut by him, starting in the 1970s until his retirement in the 1990s, were for such diverse artists as Elvis Costello, Joy Division, Public Image Limited, Madness - and many more, too many to mention here!
