the absence of any cat# or (i)sbn and the difficulty of finding any address associated with stoneshire books other than that of david gold holdings strongly suggest that this was produced for sale as an "instant remainder", multiple (four-to-six) copies in a carton of 120 - 140 or so mixed remainders, rather than orderable (& re-orderable) as an individual book.
