 first of the armada ghost books:
the numbered armada ghost books uniformly lack a starting ''the'', and uniformly use the numerical ordinal, on their covers; i know that at least some of them use the word form of the ordinal on their title pages, but not whether all printings do this; so i've ''bookcatted'' them uniformly by the numerical forms:
