Stephen Maltz was [Beatles company] Apple Corps' accountant, who also became a member of the board of directors of the company [Source: The Encyclopedia Of Beatles People, Bill Harry, Blandford, 1997]. In his book Stephen Maltz puts the record straight on much of what has been written on the money side of the Beatles and the early days of Apple Corps.
