 this first daw edition exists in two near-identical printings sharing merkin-printed covers and hence cat# and isbn, one us (cover price $2.25), one canadian (cover price $2.50), the canadadian printing accounted the second printing, as evinced by the dropping of the "1" from the 1 - 9 number string in the indica, leaving digits 2 - 9, both stating first daw printing: april, 1972

both bear the (almost meaningless) collector no. 478
