ppint. 13th Oct 2018		i never saw five star paperbacks on sale new at the full uk cover price and suspect these were either only distributed via uk newsagents wholesalers, and very shortly after remaindered, or else were published as instant remainders ab initio. reports from other countries as to his and where they were distributed new - if any - would be of interest. . . reference copy provided courtesy of tony at the old pier bookshop, morecambe seafront.
