ppint. 19th Jan 2021		first nova publications uk p/b, first uk edition cover art by gerard quinn (signed) cover price 2'- 160pp? including titles, indicia etc, end pp. nova publications ltd. was formed primarily to publish new worlds & science fantasy magazines, and was somewhat inconsistent over naming its p/b imprint: nova science fiction novels, nova sf novels, and nova novels were all used, and cat#s 1, NS1, (?), NS3, NS 4 on five books published 1953-1955 (i've no record of what form - or cat# - was given to what logically should be NS2: ''the city in the sea'' wilson tucker (nova 1954) q.v.)
