ppint. 19th Jan 2021		when he learned that the macdonald & co. & futura publications sf editor had baled out of publishing a hardcover edition of book three of the trilogy, the owners of a specialist sf & fantasy book and comics shop stepped in; most of the editorial work was completed in-house at futura publications in london, the printing, binding and publication of the hardcover was organised in birmingham. first edition cover (d-j) art by paul damon cover (d-j) price £13.95 424pp? including titles, indicia etc, end pp. bound between covered boards
