Nigel Pearce, with the help of John “Buzz” Bezzini and David Bedford, is planning to publish a book on the history of No. 3 Savile Row. This will be a limited edition publication detailing the history of the building from its construction to the present day.

The book will include details of the building's association with the British Admiralty, its link to British VIPs, and to the British Bowler Hat. Also featured will be the full brochure detailing the building when it was put up for sale in the early 1900s. This will include complete details of the structure and rooms at the time.

The book will cover the purchase of the building for The Beatles as the base for Apple Records, as well as a section on the Get Back sessions. Re-printed in the book will be the affidavit submitted to the High Court by Allen Klein in connection with the famous court case of Paul McCartney versus the other three Beatles and Apple Corps. as well as the full page published detailing the judgement given by QC Mr. Justice Stamp, who was presiding over the proceedings.
