second, 1976 printing/edition differs in framing the retained
cover art by jim burns in a narrow white outline rectangle
cover price 95p, canada $3.25

and a futura publications interlocking double upper-case F appears on the side of the front cover near the spine, at the top, as they took over distribution of quartet books' general paperback line (not trade p/bs & yp/bs which remained with the h/cvr line(s) in the namara group) from the book service ltd.

a little later quartet books general paperbacks division was either closed down, or sold to futura publications ltd./macdonald futura/bpcc/maxwell communications/mpcc/whateveritwasatthetime, and the titles were variously absorbed into the futura books list, into the orbit/futura list, or simply dropped.
