ppint. 9th Aug 2024		only known address i've been able to find: 26 york road, twickenham, london; a limited liability company incorporated 1985, apparently dissolved before december 1999.



ppint. 7th Aug 2024		the sheridan book company would not appear to possess an address, nor a distributor - with or without an address - but this isn't a criminally illegal edition as the printer's name and sufficient address is given on the indicia page for the relevant authorities to make contact: cox & wyman ltd, reading, berkshire



ppint. 7th Aug 2024		the sheridan book company first printing, not first uk p/b edition logo just above the base of the spine is a black, seriffed s above a black squiggle, in a white rectangle: this is repeated nowhere else on or in this edition. title page bears "the sheridan book company" above a horizontally stretched iteration of the like squiggle dedication: for catherine and j. k. potter who lit up more of the dark for me "the last dream tells the truth. . ." guilda kent cover art unsigned, uncredited from merged photographs split vertically of woman's face & head, skull cover price £4.99, $10.95 aus(tralia) 304pp. including six unpaginated pages titles, indicia etc, 2 blank end pp.
